Essential Functions
- Responsible for maintaining and operating specific machines during machine production.
- Loading and unloading material or parts from the machine; and making minor adjustments to the machine controls.
- Able to read and follow specified layouts, procedures, and operating charts.
- Able to perform repetitive operations on required machinery in the area.
- Responsible for checking completed parts to meet KEITH Quality Control standards.
- Meet agreed upon manufacturing goals on time.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Able to communicate in English with team members (Speak and reading, writing ability required.)
- May be required to pass employer performance tests including pre-employment drug screening.
- Previous experience preferred.
- Able to read tape measure, pressure gauge, precision measurement tools.
- Ability and willingness to follow directions as well as the ability to work independently requiring little or no supervision.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.
Working Conditions
- Works in a Machine or Fabrication Shop atmosphere.
- Exposed daily to continual noise from machines.
Equipment/Machinery Used
- Various machinery including CNC Machines, grinder, and forklift.
Physical Requirements
- Able to sit or stand for 8 to 10 hours at a time.
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
