Location: Madras, Oregon
Shift: Monday – Thursday 5am – 3:30pm (Overtime may be required)

Essential Functions
- Follow written instructions and blueprint specifications to operate CNC lathe machinery.
- Loading and unloading of material to manufacture specified parts.
- Utilizing precision measurement tools to check quality control standards.
- Perform machine maintenance.
- Operate forklift, crane, or other related machinery.
- Responsible for checking completed parts to meet KEITH Quality Control standards.
- Meets agreed upon manufacturing goals in a timely manner.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Preference given to candidates with Mazak programming.
- Lathe programming experience required.
- Proficient in reading a tape measure, pressure gauge, and precision measurement tools.
- Ability and willingness to follow directions as well as the ability to work independently.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Able to communicate in English with team members (Speak and reading, writing ability required.)
- May be required to pass employer performance tests including pre-employment drug screening.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.
Working Conditions
- Works in a Production Shop, exposed daily to continual noise from machines.
Equipment/Machinery Used
- Various machinery, hand tools and precision measuring tools.
Physical Requirements
- Able to sit or stand for 8 to 10 hours at a time.
- Able to lift 25 lbs.
