Key Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties, including typing, filing, and handling correspondence.
- Process payroll, invoices, and cost accounting for roads, bridges, and equipment.
- Maintain inventory records and office supplies.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and tracking required paperwork.
- Communicate professionally with staff, vendors, and the public.
- Keep office and building clean and organized.
- Ensure professional dress and workplace conduct.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Office administration experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
