Friday: 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Starting Rate: $14.00/hour
Experience: No experience required – full, on-the-job training provided

Responsibilities:Therapy SupportAdminister basic physical therapy and rehab modalities under chiropractic supervision
Assist doctors with patient care and treatment flow
Maintain cleanliness and functionality of therapy equipment and clinical spaces
Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently
Front Desk OperationsGreet and check in patients warmly in person and over the phone
Schedule appointments and manage patient records using clinic software
Verify insurance coverage, collect payments, and support billing coordination
Perform administrative duties including answering calls, emails, filing, and data entry
Keep front office areas organized and welcoming
Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
Friendly, professional demeanor with a team-player mindset
Ability to stay composed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Quick learner with a passion for patient care
Spanish-speaking ability is highly preferred
Physical Requirements:Walk, sit, and stand for extended periods
Lift/move up to 15 lbs; occasional bending, pushing, pulling
Perform repetitive tasks such as typing and filing
Clear verbal communication and hearing required
Must pass a pre-employment background check
