Duties
- Assist with the installation of building materials, including framing, or welding
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as cutting, measuring, and assembling components
- Handle heavy equipment operation when necessary for site preparation or material transport
- Interpret technical drawings and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite by removing debris and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
Qualifications
- Prior construction experience or hands-on outdoor work experience preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, welding, and basic construction equipment operation
- Knowledge of construction management principles and ability to interpret technical drawings is a plus
- Ability to work safely in outdoor environments while adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor for extended periods
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new trades and techniques
- Must have your own cordless drill and impact driver, along with the necessary batteries and charger
- This is a 1099 independent contractor position, not a W-2 employee position.
- Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and insurance.
- Must have reliable transportation.
