Experienced Plumber

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Plumber to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various construction sites. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Duties

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts
• Operate power tools, hand tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment safely and effectively
• Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment necessary for plumbing installations and repairs
• Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate plumbing work with carpentry, HVAC systems, and other trades
• Conduct remodeling projects by replacing or upgrading existing plumbing infrastructure
• Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications

Skills

• Extensive experience in construction plumbing and general construction site work
• Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and mechanical knowledge
• Skilled in using hand tools such as wrenches, pipe cutters, and screwdrivers as well as power tools like drills and saws
• Ability to perform pipe threading and welding tasks accurately
• Knowledge of HVAC systems related to plumbing installations is a plus
• Strong understanding of schematics and technical diagrams for complex systems
• Physical capability for heavy lifting, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and layout planning
• Experience with remodeling projects including fixture installation and system upgrades
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or ability to obtain one is desirable
• Handyman experience or assembly skills beneficial for versatile project support

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
