POSITION SUMMARY
The Cleaning Technician is responsible for performing deep cleanings, standard cleanings, move-out services, and post-construction cleanings according to Keily Cleaning Services standards. This role requires efficiency, honesty, professionalism, and the ability to follow company protocols with consistency.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Cleaning Tasks
- Perform deep cleaning and regular cleaning of bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchens, living areas, and floors.
- Clean appliances exterior and interior when included in the service.
- Clean cabinets interior and exterior when required.
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, and organizing areas as needed.
- Remove trash and dispose of it properly in designated containers.
- Use cleaning chemicals and tools safely and correctly.
Quality Standards
- Ensure each job is completed to 100% client satisfaction.
- Follow all company systems, checklists, and quality procedures.
- Maintain a professional, respectful, and positive attitude at all times.
- Report any damages, unusual conditions, or safety issues immediately.
Teamwork & Communication
- Work efficiently with assigned team members.
- Follow instructions and maintain open communication with team leads and owners.
- Be punctual, reliable, and prepared for daily assignments.
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid ID and authorization to work in the U.S.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Ability to lift up to 25–30 lbs and perform physical tasks.
- Ability to work in homes with pets (pets must be secured by client).
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Experience in cleaning preferred but not required—training provided.
- Must maintain confidentiality and respect for clients’ homes and belongings.
