Market Responsibilities

• Territory Development: Lead our expansion across San Antonio and surrounding Bexar County communities.
• Sales & Estimating: Drive high-level sales and project acquisition to establish our local footprint.
• Team Building: Recruit, vet, and lead a crew of San Antonio's top-tier electrical talent.
• Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day field operations with a focus on high accountability and owner-level standards.
