Job Summary
As a Servicing Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client accounts and ensuring an exceptional customer experience through proactive support and efficient service delivery. This role focuses on account management, client communications, billing, claims processing, and supporting sales staff, while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring their needs are met effectively and efficiently.
- Monitor and manage Google reviews, addressing client feedback and working to maintain a positive online reputation.
- Handle account management tasks, including invoicing, billing inquiries, and claims resolution.
- Provide timely and accurate support for sales staff, assisting with client-related requests and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions, billing, claims, and other account activities using CRM tools or other systems.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
Experience
- Proven experience in account management, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other client management tools is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and independently when required.
- Experience in billing, claims processing, or administrative support is a plus.
