WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Back of House All-Stars:
- Line Cooks
- Grill / Sautee Cooks
- Dishwashers
- Kitchen Utility / Expo / Middle
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Prep and cook fresh, made-to-order Mediterranean classics (think gyros, hummus, grilled chicken, feta dressing)
- Work as part of a fast, focused, respectful kitchen crew
- Keep our kitchen clean, organized, and safe
- Show pride in every dish you send out

- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and hustle
- Ability to stay cool under pressure (literally and figuratively)
- Reliable and punctual
- Kitchen experience is a plus — but we’ll train the right people
