As a growing agency, we’re seeking a client-focused, detail-oriented Account Strategist to nurture strong client partnerships, align strategies, and support business growth.
As an Account Strategist, you’ll be the cornerstone of our client relationships and a key driver of growth. You’ll act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication, delivering strategic advertising solutions, and partnering closely with leadership to grow both accounts and the agency. This role blends client relationship management, project coordination, and strategic execution with a business development mindset.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary contact for assigned clients, building strong, long-lasting partnerships.
- Gain deep understanding of client industries, challenges, and goals.
- Demonstrate proactive communication, responsiveness, and a solutions-oriented approach.
Strategic Alignment & Execution
- Prescribe digital advertising and marketing solutions that help clients achieve their goals.
- Ensure deliverables align with client expectations, brand standards, and measurable outcomes.
- Track digital advertising metrics, analyze outcomes, and guide strategy shifts.
- Collaborate with the Account Director on long-term client growth.
Project & Communication Management
- Coordinate timelines, briefs, and communication between clients and internal teams.
- Manage project progress, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Serve as the hub for information flow, keeping all stakeholders aligned.
- Mentor and support team members in communication, quality, and speed.
Business Development & Growth
- Spot opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and proactive idea generation ( ONES).
- Partner with the Director of Biz Dev on new client acquisition and pitch meetings.
- Stay attuned to market trends and evolving client needs.
- 2–4 years experience in account management, strategy, or client services (preferably in digital advertising or marketing)
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Strategic thinker able to connect client goals with innovative solutions.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Business development mindset with a focus on growth and opportunity spotting.
- Experience in agency or creative environments.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, performance metrics, and reporting.
