What You'll Do
As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play an important role in ensuring our customers receive the right products on time. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll help build and prepare orders while maintaining accuracy, quality, and safety.
Your Responsibilities Include:
✅ Building orders using our voice-pick system
✅ Loading and unloading products safely and accurately
✅ Staging and organizing pallets for delivery routes
✅ Inspecting products to ensure quality and saleable condition
✅ Rotating inventory and following product date codes
✅ Loading delivery trucks to minimize damage and maximize efficiency
✅ Operating warehouse equipment, including:
Electric pallet jacks
Forklifts
Wrappers
Sweepers/Scrubbers
Balers
Other warehouse equipment
✅ Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What We're Looking For
We're looking for individuals who:
Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Enjoy working in a team environment
Can work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Take pride in accuracy and attention to detail
Are dependable and ready to contribute every shift
Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn.
Physical Requirements
This is an active role that requires:
Standing and walking throughout your shift
Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching
Continuous lifting and carrying of 20-50 pounds
Safe operation of warehouse equipment when certified
