We're seeking two new team members who are excited to tutor students in the subject of Social Studies and Science. Ideal social studies tutors will be able to cover U.S. History and World History at the high school level, while science tutors should have a grasp on Biology, Chemistry, and Physics at the high school level.
If you're an expert in social-emotional learning, making complex ideas clear, connecting students and content, or are just plain insightful...we want to hear from you!
Tutors must also be:
- nimble problem solvers
- highly organized
- EdTech adept
- comfortable working independently in public spaces or private homes
- able to self-transport to and from sites in the East End (may need to cross bridges and drive through tunnels!)
