Lot Porter / Inventory Coordinator

We are looking for a dependable Lot Porter to help maintain the organization, presentation, and readiness of our vehicle inventory. This role is critical to the daily operations of the dealership. The right candidate takes pride in keeping things clean, orderly, and moving efficiently.

You will be responsible for moving vehicles, maintaining the appearance of the lot, and supporting both the sales and service departments with inventory logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the new and used vehicle lots

• Move vehicles between sales, service, and detailing departments

• Ensure vehicles are parked correctly and presented properly

• Assist with inventory management and lot rotation

• Install dealer tags, window stickers, and lot labels

• Support vehicle deliveries and customer pickups

• Fuel vehicles when needed

• Help maintain the appearance of the showroom and parking areas

• Assist managers and sales staff with operational tasks as needed

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Ability to safely operate a wide range of vehicles

• Strong attention to detail and organization

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Ability to stand, walk, and move vehicles throughout the day

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Previous dealership experience is helpful but not required
