We’re hiring a Production Manager to lead daily operations for our field crews and ensure high-quality service delivery across our client sites. This is a key leadership role focused on productivity, safety, and operational execution. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support multiple field crews across job sites
- Schedule and coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and route plans
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
- Support training and development of crew leaders and team members
- Maintain and update daily schedule boards and approve crew time in Aspire
- Monitor job costs and labor budgets to ensure profitability
- Communicate field updates and job progress to Account Managers
- Assist in safety training and report incidents promptly
- Oversee basic equipment needs and coordinate with Shop Manager
- Uphold company policies and lead by example in the field
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in landscape production or related field operations
- Proven ability to manage teams and job schedules in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using job management systems like Aspire (or willingness to learn)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a 1-ton truck with trailer
- Spanish language skills preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings or weather-driven shifts
