Painters/Carpenters/Commercial Renovation crew

Job Summary
We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our TEAM, as painters, carpenters, and on our commercial renovation crew. Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in craftsmanship. Team members will perform a variety of commercial construction and renovation tasks, including painting, carpentry, drywall work, flooring installation, and other renovation-related duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform commercial painting and spray application work.
• Complete carpentry and general construction tasks.
• Install steel stud framing.
• Hang, finish, and repair drywall.
• Install acoustic ceiling systems.
• Install commercial flooring materials.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Follow project schedules and quality standards.
• Work effectively as part of a team to complete renovations, projects, and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in painting, carpentry, commercial renovations, or construction trades preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial construction practices and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods of time.

Compensation

• Entry/Apprentice: $18-$20 per hour
• Craftsman: $22-$26 per hour
• Foreman: $27-$30 per hour

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
