Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Janitor to join our team. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our employees and visitors.
This position is a part-time float position, 15-25 hours a week. We have multiple locations in Toledo and the surrounding area that we service. Ideally we want someone who has experience with floors and cleaning.
Must have transportation. The locations of the buildings being serviced are:
Toledo - Airport/Reynolds - 5 PM start time
- Byrne/Glendale - 5 PM start time
- Central/Secor - 6 PM start time
- Monroe/Talmadge - 7 AM start time
- Bancroft/Cherry - 6 PM start time
Duties:
- Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed
- Follow established safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Adhere to company policies and regulations regarding cleanliness and hygiene
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning/janitorial/floor tech is mandatory
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
