Nighttime Operations Manager (Security)

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nighttime Operations Manager to oversee and ensure the smooth operation of our security guard teams during nighttime hours. This role requires a hands-on leader who is willing and able to cover shifts as needed to maintain seamless security coverage for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coordinate, and support security guard staff during nighttime operations.
• Ensure all posts are covered and respond promptly to any staffing shortages, including personally covering shifts if required.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor guard performance to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client needs and emergencies during night shifts
• Assist with scheduling, training, and onboarding of new nighttime staff.
• Prepare nightly reports and communicate key issues to daytime management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in security operations management or a supervisory security role
• Willingness and ability to cover shifts on short notice
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Availability to work 50 hours per week, primarily overnight
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
