ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a physically active, hands-on position for motivated individuals who enjoy working as part of a team, solving problems, staying active, and helping customers during important life transitions.
No two days are the same. One day you may be helping a family move into their dream home, while another day you may be handling a commercial relocation or traveling for an interstate move.
Our team members represent the Keep It Moving brand through professionalism, energy, work ethic, and customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safely move, load, unload, pack, and protect customer belongings
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the moving process
- Work efficiently as part of a professional moving crew
- Properly handle furniture, boxes, equipment, and specialty items
- Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic on every job
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain a drug-free workplace
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to lift and carry 100 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
- Must be comfortable climbing stairs, walking long distances, and working in various environments
- Must be dependable, professional, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills required
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
EXPERIENCE THAT HELPS
Experience in moving, warehouse work, construction, landscaping, manufacturing, production, general labor, assembly, or other physically demanding work environments is a plus — but we are willing to train motivated individuals with the right attitude and work ethic.
