KeenStack is seeking an ambitious, early-career Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. In this hybrid role, you’ll help organizations modernize their operations through AI-powered ServiceNow solutions, while gaining hands-on experience in technology consulting and business development.
This position is perfect for someone early in their career who has a technical or analytical background — or has worked in roles such as IT support, technical training, or demonstrations — and is eager to grow into a sales or client-facing position. Compensation: Base Salary $45,000 Commission (OTE $90,000) Benefits
Work Arrangement: Hybrid — 2-3 days in-office
Key Responsibilities
- Engage prospective clients through warm outreach to introduce KeenStack’s ServiceNow solutions
- Build relationships with clients and support the sales team in managing leads and opportunities
- Conduct product demonstrations or presentations (with training and support)
- Partner with the sales and delivery teams to identify new business opportunities
- Learn to translate technical concepts into business outcomes
- Help prepare proposals and participate in client meetings
- Stay current on ServiceNow technologies, digital transformation trends, and the evolving IT landscape
Qualifications & Experience
- 0–2 years of professional experience (internships, part-time roles, or early full-time positions are welcome)
- Background or coursework in IT, business, communications, or a related field
- Familiarity with B2B environments, IT demos, or software training is a plus
- Strong communication skills and eagerness to engage with clients
- Interest in technology, sales, and digital transformation
- A proactive, organized, and self-motivated approach
- Desire to grow into a client-facing or business development career path
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
