The Corporate Compliance Intern will support the Corporate Compliance team in executing ongoing compliance activities across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist with distribution and tracking of quarterly CIA management certifications.
- Support needs assessment and HCP engagement submissions within the HCP Engagement Manager system.
- Analyze AI chat inquiries by reviewing chat logs, assessing response accuracy, investigating unanswered questions, and preparing dashboard summaries to identify trends.
- Support Compliance Monitoring activities, including review of key business activities across Sales, Marketing, and Research & Development functions.
- Record monitoring results in the compliance monitoring system and assist with development of executive summary decks.
- Participate in quarterly review sessions with Compliance Leadership to discuss monitoring results.
- Contribute to special projects across the Corporate Compliance department.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with MS Power Point
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Experience using analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel and/or Power BI.
- Ability to be on‑site during designated in‑person collaboration days.
