Job Description
As the North America Sales Controller for IQSIGHT LLC, you are the finance business partner for our regional head of sales and, together, steer our sales organization of around $150M annual turnover.
Your role is to provide transparency and business advice to the sales leaders and senior management. As part of our sales leadership team, you also encourage and live a working culture based on speed, focus and willingness to perform and achieve.
Essential Functions
- Act as a finance business partner for regional heads of sales and the sales leadership team.
- Evaluate, drive and support business decisions and sales strategy.
- Interpret the regional sales performance (e.g. vs. Market, Competitors).
- Plan, forecast and manage financial results and resources (e.g. sales, margin, sales cost, working capital, personnel).
- Develop, implement, and improve KPIs, management and reporting processes, price authorization and approval concepts throughout the region in partnership with the sales leader.
Qualifications
You have a clear vision on business controlling and you know how to add value to the decision-making process. You are a valuable sparring partner to senior management. Furthermore, you have:
- 8 years of experience as a finance business partner, preferably in a sales-oriented environment.
- Strong leadership experience, preferably in an international context.
- Sound understanding of core controlling processes (e.g. business planning, forecasting, reporting, measure definition & tracking) and management accounting.
- Ability to influence your stakeholders and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing.
- Works in a team, resilient, and has a high level of perseverance as well as intercultural skills.
- Analytical, results-oriented and structured approach.
- Able to travel up to 20% of the time, domestically or internationally.

Additional Information
The U.S. based salary for this role is $125,000-$150,000 annually. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
