Schedule
- 8-hour shifts
- Flexible scheduling available
- Typical operating hours: 8 am – 4:30 pm
- Available workdays: Monday through Friday, with optional OT on Saturdays
- Full-season availability (August 24 through Mid-Late October) required for season-end bonus eligibility
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and verify customer orders using inventory locations, item numbers, and fulfillment documentation.
- Prepare accurate, high-quality customer orders for shipment and pickup while meeting fulfillment deadlines.
- Label, tape, and prepare boxes for shipping
- Clean, sort, and inspect garlic to ensure quality standards are met
- Weigh and count products to meet order specifications
- Restock inventory and maintain organized storage areas
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Move products and supplies using carts, dollies, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Assist coworkers and supervisors to meet daily production and fulfillment goals
- Perform other warehouse and fulfillment duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and remain on your feet throughout an 8-hour shift
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer, tablet, or data-entry skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
