Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong technical background in Java/J2EE backend applications and Salesforce platforms. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing complex technology projects involving backend development, APIs, integrations, cloud applications, and Salesforce implementations.
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in software/technology project management.
- 3 years managing Java/backend technology projects.
- 3 years managing Salesforce projects or Salesforce-integrated enterprise applications.
- Strong technical understanding of Java backend architecture and Salesforce ecosystems.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- PMP or Scrum Master certification.
