Core Responsibilities
- Lead operational, compliance, and financial risk review engagements across multiple business functions
- Scope and plan projects by identifying key risks, evaluating processes, and developing review procedures
- Analyze workflows, controls, and operational activities to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency
- Deliver findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear and actionable format
- Utilize internal audit methodologies, risk frameworks, and analytical tools to assess business processes
- Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders to support governance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support innovation within the advisory function through process optimization and data-driven analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- 4 years of internal audit, external audit, or risk advisory experience
- CPA or CIA certification preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
