Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking travel Construction Laborer to join our team for various projects throughout Washington, Oregon and Idaho. As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team. This is a traveling position, generally working 4-10s out of town. Lodging and meals compensated.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools as directed
- Perform basic carpentry tasks, such as measuring, cutting, and assembling materials
- Dig trenches and prepare construction areas for work
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations on site
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings is a plus
- Familiarity with hand and power tools commonly used in construction
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, or other trades is beneficial
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job
