Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all branch operations, including project planning, execution, and quality control for concrete restoration projects.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the branch's customer base and revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities, prepare bids and proposals, and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of supervisors, project managers, crews, and support staff.
- Provide guidance and training to enhance team performance and promote a safety-focused work environment.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Foster strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and delivering high-quality concrete restoration solutions.
- Promote a culture of safety among employees and contractors.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to projects, finances, and client interactions.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on branch performance and progress.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the Owner Contracts, the Front Ends, and the Drawings and Specifications.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field plus a minimum of ten years of experience performing the primary responsibilities listed above.
- Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word is a plus.
- Ability to build and maintain a positive working relationship with staff, vendors, and clients.
- Strong knowledge of concrete materials, techniques, and restoration methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
