Keeley Construction is looking to hire a Job Site Clerk for our Industrial Manufacturing Group in Mascoutah, IL.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute all billing-related administrative tasks for our client.
- Prepare, review, and submit billing documentation accurately and on schedule.
- Track and reconcile billing data, ensuring compliance with client and internal standards.
- Maintain and organize all project documentation, including drawings, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and logs.
- Ensure documents are properly filed, updated, and distributed to project stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of standardized document control procedures.
- Assist the onsite superintendent with daily administrative tasks.
- Support job site operations by preparing reports, logs, and schedules.
- Coordinate communication between field staff, office personnel, and the client.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and general site administrative needs.
- Provide customer service support to visitors and team members.
- Assist with project-related data entry, filing, and spreadsheet management
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong Excel skills (ability to create and manage spreadsheets, use formulas, etc.).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience in administrative or construction-related roles preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
