Keeley Construction is looking for a SrFinancial Analyst to join our Accounting Group in St. Louis, MO.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning activities including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
- Develop advanced financial models to evaluate investments, business scenarios, and performance trends.
- Provide actionable insights through dashboards, presentations, and management reporting.
- Track key financial metrics, analyze variances, and highlight risks and opportunities.
- Drive the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts in collaboration with leadership.
- Conduct profitability and cost-benefit analyses to influence business decisions.
- Support month-end and quarter-end close processes with deep-dive analysis.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial systems and reporting.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to enhance Keeley's financial strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or Master's preferred).
- 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or FP&A.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) preferred.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communicator who can explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
