Our Milling Services Group in Phoenix Arizona is looking to add an experienced Dispatcher to join their team.

Our Milling Services Group in Phoenix Arizona is looking to add an experienced Dispatcher to join their team.
Primary Responsibilities
- Process weekly certified payroll
- Schedule equipment delivery to jobsite and equipment logistics
- Communicate effectively with internal and external team members.
- Communicate effectively with customer to ensure satisfaction.
- Build self-perform cost estimates for projects.
- Develop, revise, and oversee schedule, quality, risk management, and financial requirements for assigned projects exercising independent judgment to revise such as needed to meet project requirements.
- Process vendor billing and invoices among project completion
- Maintain team member files.
- Manage daily job paperwork.
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety requirements.
- Assess project risks and address potential problems and hazards.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of three years in construction.
- Scheduling and dispatch experience
- Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office Products
