- Serve as the primary support for Office and Sales Managers, assisting with scheduling, CRM updates, and administrative tasks.
- Greet clients with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.
- Manage vehicle inventory, including organization, stocking, and tracking.
- Oversee front-desk operations, multi-line phones, and client communications.
- Maintain showroom and client lounge appearance, documentation, filing, and reporting processes.
- Professional, polished presence with grace under pressure.
- Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions focused.
- Ability to multitask and manage high-end clientele.
- Automotive or administrative experience plus availability for full-time work, including Saturdays.
