Service Advisor
Location: Lexus of Westport – Fairfield, CT | Full-Time

As a Service Advisor, you'll serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service department, ensuring every visit is professional, transparent, and exceeds expectations.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers promptly and provide an outstanding service experience
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair requests
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines
- Prepare estimates and explain recommended repairs clearly
- Communicate with technicians throughout the repair process
- Keep customers informed with timely updates on vehicle status
- Review completed repairs, invoices, and maintenance recommendations upon delivery
- Maintain accurate records using dealership management systems
- Help achieve department CSI, productivity, and sales goals
Qualifications
- Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
- Luxury dealership experience is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Computer proficiency; CDK experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
