Lead a High-Performing Luxury Sales Team
Lexus of Westport is seeking an experienced General Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales operation. This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven automotive leader with a track record of driving performance, coaching teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Sales Management and Sales Consultant teams
- Drive new and pre-owned vehicle sales performance while maximizing profitability
- Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve dealership goals
- Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
- Partner with Finance, Service, and Executive Leadership to support dealership objectives
- Maintain compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a General Sales Manager, Sales Manager, or other senior automotive leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
