Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to internet and phone inquiries
- Manage and maintain client portfolios, ensuring strong customer relationships
- Acquire in-depth product knowledge of the full BMW lineup
- Schedule appointments for test drives and in-person consultations
- Support marketing initiatives and follow up on promotional campaigns
- Collaborate with sales and service departments to provide a seamless client experience
- Maintain accurate customer data within the CRM system
- Previous experience in a BDC, sales, or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional, positive, and client-focused attitude
- Experience with the BMW brand or automotive industry a plus
- Competitive base salary with unlimited earning potential ranging from $50,000-$60,000 annually.
