Key Responsibilities:
As the Team Administrator, you will:
- Oversee and manage team projects, including holiday gift coordination and tax document distribution.
- Plan, organize, and execute client and prospect events.
- Support team marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and engagement.
- Coordinate team events, including scheduling and logistics.
- Curate, purchase, and deliver thoughtful client gifts and cards.
- Schedule client and prospect meetings, ensuring meeting rooms are reserved and prepared.
- Conduct routine client check-ins via phone to maintain strong relationships.
- Facilitate regular client communications, such as newsletters and event reminders.
- Maintain and update organized client files with meticulous attention to detail.
- Coordinate participation at sponsored events, ensuring tables are filled with clients or team members.
- Manage client data in Wealthbox, our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide additional administrative support as needed to achieve team objectives.
