Keegan Richardson Solimon & West LLP, a Chambers and Partners ranked law firm specializing in the representation of American Indian Tribes and tribal businesses, is seeking a Paralegal. This position is in-person and full-time. Applicant is required to currently meet one or more of the educational, training or work experience qualifications set forth in Rule 20-115 of the New Mexico Rules Governing Paralegal Services. Prior federal Indian law or tribal representation experience preferred, but not required.
Must be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task tribal, state and federal court workload including calendaring, drafting pleadings and discovery, performing legal research, managing legal documents, assisting in preparation of matters for hearing or trial and other matters as assigned. Word, Outlook and Adobe expertise required, as well as excellent proofreading and organization skills.
