Keegan Performance Center – Titusville, FL
Keegan Performance Center is growing, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, skilled, and student-focused Gymnastics Coach(es) to join our team! If you love working with children, creating positive training experiences, and contributing to a supportive team environment, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead engaging, safe, and developmentally appropriate recreational gymnastics classes.
- Coach athletes of varying ages and ability levels, adapting instruction to meet individual needs.
- Provide consistent supervision, encouragement, and constructive feedback to help students grow in confidence and skill.
- Create a positive, team-centered class atmosphere aligned with our studio’s values.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous gymnastics and coaching experience (recreational or competitive).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Natural leadership abilities and a passion for teaching young athletes.
- High attention span and focus to maintain student safety and engagement throughout class.
- Ability to spot gymnasts safely, including lifting or assisting up to 50 lbs.
- Physical capability to stand, kneel, stoop, crouch, and use spotting blocks as needed.
- Professionalism in managing and resolving conflicts with maturity and compassion.
