Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Commercial Real Estate Agent. The agent will be responsible for managing property transactions, providing real estate solutions to clients, prospecting new business opportunities, and supporting both landlords and tenants. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and maintaining a strong client network to drive sales and leasing activities.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Commercial Real Estate practices and the ability to apply this knowledge effectively
- Active Real Estate License and relevant experience in Brokerage
- Proven skills in Sales and client relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Proficiency in market research and understanding of local real estate trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
