SUMMARY
The Representative will provide support to Clients in a number of technical areas.

- M365 Configuration and Concepts
- Firewall Configuration
- VPN Tunneling and Connectivity
- VLAN Administration
- VMware and Hyper V Administration
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Perform remote & onsite troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose problems.
- Install/upgrade hardware and software components as required.
- Maintain/Troubleshoot Windows Domain environments, Active Directory, DNS, Multi server environments, Hyper V Virtual server environments
- Firewall Configuration and Support– Firewall policy and configuration, VPN tunneling, QOS, Traffic Routing
- Maintain/Troubleshoot VMware Virtual Environment
- Microsoft Application Suite Installation & Support – M365 Setup and Configuration, Office (2010-2019)
- Windows Desktop Operating System Support
- Managed Backup / BDR Systems
- Managed Switch Configuration - Creating and supporting VLAN environments, Port tagging and configuration
- WiFi Administration – installation, configuration, traffic analysis, coverage analysis
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to work as an individual along with being a member of the Team environment. Job responsibilities will be performed at KeeFORCE offices and KeeFORCE client locations. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE (5 years hands-on technical experience desired)
- General Technical Troubleshooting
- Physical and Virtual Server Environments
- Firewall administration
- Backup Administration and Configuration of Solutions
- Cloud Solutions--AWS, Azure, M365
- LAN/WAN administration
License/Certification
· Certifications are not a requirement but candidates holding them will have higher consideration.
SKILLS
Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Apply basic mathematical concepts and mathematical operations.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
