What You'll Do:
- Master our call script to sound like a pro and delight our customers!
- Turn incoming and outgoing calls into booked service appointments.
- Keep our customer database up-to-date with accurate information.
- Constantly Communicate with your dispatch and leadership teams.
- Multitask like a champ and tackle any other duties that come your way.
What We're Looking For:
- Customer service experience in a call center environment
- Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping people
- Inside Sales or Customer Escalation team experience is a plus!
