Schedule:  Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Hours:  Monday and Friday 4:00pm - 7:00pm, Wednesday 4:00pm - Until done

***This position is located within a jail/correctional facility and would be working around inmates.***

Developing teams and building careers are central to our success.  This is a part-time position, with some benefits starting from day one.  We expect our team to execute a number of processes and therefore believe in cross-training our team across the distribution departments.  In addition, you can specialize in a specific area.  

The Vending Clerk will be stocking vending machines throughout the Lenoir County Jail.

• Stocking experience needed
• Vending experience a plus
• Food handling
• Must be able to stand, bend, squat and lift up to 50lbs during a shift
• The Vending Clerk will be working within a jail/correctional facility and will be working around inmates
• Must have good customer service skills
• Schedule would be up to 22 hours per week
• On Wednesdays, the vending representative would be assisting with delivering commissary orders to inmates.

Compensation

Competitive pay

• Regular pay raises based on performance and experience levels
• Weekly pay, every Thursday

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work well with others in a dynamic, changing work environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to become forklift and material handling equipment certified.
• Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs) preferred.
