Schedule:  Monday - Friday

Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm until done

***This position is working within a jail/correctional facility and would be working around inmates.***

The Commissary Operations Supervisor assists in the management of all aspects of commissary operations and services at the assigned correctional facility. 

• Management and staff will be responsible for passing out commissary and managing the commissary operations.
• Managing a commissary staff
• Inventory management
• Time management skills
• Training employees
• Adhering to safety standards 
• Problem solving skills
• Must have management experience
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs consistently
• Must be comfortable with using a tablet

Compensation

Competitive pay

• Regular pay raises based on performance and experience levels
• Regular opportunities for overtime, paid at the corresponding overtime rate
• Weekly pay, every Thursday

• High school diploma or Equivalent, and you must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Familiarity with inventory management.
• Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs).
• Requires strong supervisory skills: a demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.
• Ability to work in a correctional environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to define problems, and resolve them quickly.
• Excellent organizational skills.
