Manufacturing Technicians I & II perform hands-on production activities, operating both manual and automated equipment under cGMP and safety standards. Reporting to a supervisor, you’ll execute manufacturing processes, document work, support troubleshooting, and help maintain compliance and readiness of production areas.
What you'll do
- Operate centrifuges, tanks, ultrafiltration, COP/CIP systems, and assembly equipment
- Handle materials: weighing, adding chemicals, suspending solids
- Load/unload product and transport via forklift or hand truck (with certification)
- Maintain clean, safe, compliant production areas and equipment
- Troubleshoot equipment/process issues and support investigations (deviations, CAPA)
- Assist with document revisions and continuous improvement initiatives
- Follow all safety, SOP, EHS, and cGMP requirements
- Perform cleaning, waste removal, and recovery activities
Qualifications and need-to-know
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Flexible to work rotating shifts and overtime
- Strong communication, teamwork, math, and computer skills
- Problem-solver, self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven
