- B.S. or B.A. degree strongly preferred. Other combinations of education and experience
- Must be willing to travel up to 90% of the time.
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
- Experience in managing people is preferred.
- Knowledge of plasma operations and business processes is preferred.
- Highly self-motivated and the ability to motivate others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to sit at workstation for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift or carry at least 50 lbs.
- Be able to travel by plane and/or car to donor centers.
- Occupational exposure to Blood Borne Pathogens.
- Required to stand on a regular basis; use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; and talk or hear.
- Required to walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop or kneel.
- Ability to enter an environment with a temperature of -40°C for short periods of time.
- Specific vision abilities include close vision, color vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
