What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sorter/Packer position at Kecy Metal Technologies?
We're looking for a Sorter/Packer to join our team! Hours are Monday through Thursday 5a to 3:30pm, with OT when needed.
Description:
- Pulling, packing, weighing, and labeling products based on daily orders
- Meeting the specifics of customer orders in a timely manner
- Logging relevant shipping, order, and label paperwork
- Monitoring product quality and reporting any problems or discrepancies to Supervisor
- Following the best practices of manufacturing and proper safety requirements
- Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area
- Inspecting products for defects or damage
Requirements:
- Attention to detail
- Physical endurance and the ability to lift items
- Ability to read and follow written directions
