Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Shakopee, MN, for a Quality Assurance Engineer - Mechanical. The responsibilities include ensuring the quality and reliability of mechanical products, developing and performing quality control tests, analyzing technical specifications, and identifying issues in design or production. Additional tasks involve creating documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns, and ensuring compliance with established industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in quality control processes, techniques, and methods related to mechanical engineering
- Proficiency in analyzing blueprints, mechanical design specifications, and product requirements
- Skills in testing, inspection, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for quality assurance and compliance
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to effectively document findings
- Experience in manufacturing environments or industrial automation is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred
