Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles before being place on our lot to sell
- Handle trash removal, sanitation procedures, and restocking supplies.
- Operate cleaning machinery safely, adhering to chemical handling safety procedures and safety protocols at all times.
- Assist with light maintenance tasks such as minor repairs and facilities upkeep to support overall building operations.
- Conduct manual handling of supplies or equipment following safe lifting practices.
- Maintain cleanliness of industrial cleaning tools and ensure proper storage of chemicals and cleaning agents.
- Support the team during special projects like commercial cleaning and ensure timely completion with quality standards.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning vehicles and the understanding of commercial or industrial cleaning techniques.
- Knowledge of chemical agent handling safety procedures and sanitation best practices.
- Ability to operate various cleaning equipment including car buffers, vacuums, and other custodial tools efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with staff or visitors when needed.
- Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, and extended periods of standing or walking.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or general upkeep.
