As a family-owned and growing company with a strong reputation for customer satisfaction, we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced individual to join our team.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to assist with managing the daily logistics of our dental cases. You will play an important role in ensuring that physical and digital cases are accurately logged, tracked, and dispatched to dental offices on schedule. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong organizational skills to keep our lab running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shipping and receiving of cases each day
• Check on ship dates and/ following up with offices as needed
• Check & logging for inbound digital cases
• Supply fulfillments

Skills/Qualifications:

• Data Entry
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Able to work in a fast paced work and team environment
• Dental lab experience preferred
