What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Construction Field Operations Manager position at KEA Contracting?
A local Raleigh-based commercial construction company is seeking a Field Operations Manager. This is a key position that will manage all field related positions. After the initial 90-day stability period, the company will offer paid tuition for further OSHA certification. The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Minimum 5 plus years of commercial construction management, field safety, recruiting and operations experience
- Minimum Associates Degree in related field
- Minimum OSHA 30 Certification
- Excellent work ethic, strong attention to detail and be a team player
- Good Excel and Word skills
- Strong Customer Service Focus – Representing the company
- Must have a high degree of integrity and character
- Exceptional time management skill required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and rapidly-changing environment
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with employees and establish trust and respect
- Some Travel required. Company vehicle provided for work use only.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
- Construction Sales experience a plus
