As an Senior AI Engineer, you’ll build and deploy AI features that plug directly into enterprise workflows, working across teams to rapidly iterate and ship high-impact, production-ready capabilities.

What You’ll Do
- Build and ship AI-powered features across the front end, back end, and platform.
- Apply advanced AI techniques — LLMs, RAG, embeddings, agents, document processing, and workflow automation.
- Prototype quickly using real workflow data and user feedback to guide product direction.
- Integrate AI into user-facing features with strong guardrails, reliability, and thoughtful UX.
- Optimize models and pipelines for performance, accuracy, latency, safety, and scalability.
- Contribute to architecture reviews, shaping design decisions with an AI-first perspective.
- Ensure production readiness through testing, observability, performance validation, and resilience planning.
- Work with PM and Delivery to understand workflow requirements and refine product behavior.
- Contribute to core platform foundations — libraries, abstractions, prompt frameworks, and reusable components
Requirements
- BS degree (Master’s preferred)
- Strong experience building AI-enabled software systems
- Appetite for and exposure to 0→1 environments
- Proficiency with AI techniques — LLMs, RAG (agents a bonus)
- Solid coding fundamentals across modern AI engineering stacks
- Proven history of real-world deployments with measurable impact
- Familiarity with enterprise workflows and data challenge
